I understand what it’s like to feel overwhelmed & under-resourced while wanting to be a force for change in the world.

That’s why I support therapists, teachers, activists, and coaches in aligning their minds and bodies with nature’s rhythms.

I’ve been called a healer’s healer. I use my lived experience as a 🏳️‍🌈 queer, 🧩 neurodivergent mom navigating CTPSD, and extensive training in 🧠 mental health (licensed therapist specializing in trauma resolution & trauma-informed trainer), 💪🏾 physical wellbeing (Ayurvedic health & somatic coach), and 🕯️spirituality (yoga & meditation teacher) to help people like us to burn bright instead of burning out.

  • Middle of the Road Rate | $444

    For people with consistent, steady, reliable income with the strong desire to invest in their long-term wellbeing. This is the “real cost” of the program.

  • Sustainer Rate | $555

    Goes to support those underserved & underrepresented in wellness spaces. Paying this rate is a way of shifting the field with resources available to you, and ensures that this pricing model can continue.

A note on food & choice: Ayurveda is known for its food-as-medicine approach. While much of what we’ll cover is not directly food-related, some is. My trauma-informed approach honors the potential impact ongoing or past disordered/restrictive eating habits. There’s space for saying “no thanks,” dipping your toe in, or diving into any of the materials.
