Sessions are customized to support you where you’re at right now.

Somatic processing (metabolizing grief, trauma, stress, & limiting beliefs)
Guided movement & breathwork (pranayama)
Support in developing microhabits & rituals for healing trauma
Solution-focused coaching for moving through transitions, loss, relationship challenges, & whatever life’s throwing your way.
Safety, choice, collaboration, & ease are my priorities for our work together.
